Instructions for speakers:

Presentations can be brought either as PPTs or as PDFs.
Presentations may be brought on CD or on USB device (disk on key) – preferably the latter.
We will provide a computer in each hall with the most recent software and codex.
All computers have Windows 7 and Office2010 installed.
The computers support earlier versions of PPT, PDF and Adobe Reader.
We will not provide Macs; you may bring your own and use it for the presentation, but under such circumstances, you must also bring your own electricity cables and VGA connector in order to hook them up to the electricity and projector.
Lecturers who wish to present from their own PCs may do so.
We recommend preparing your presentations on PCs and not on macs.

Please arrive at the control station before your presentation so a technician can upload your presentation to the computer ahead of time.
In every hall there will be a technician to assist.
