Registration of presenting authors is mandatory.
- In order to ensure inclusion in the program, registration should be received by the Early Registration Deadline(reduced fees) : 15/01/2012
- The meeting’s confirmed abstracts and the scientific program will be available online on this website.
- Poster size: 90cm wide x 120cm long.
Abstract Submission Information
Before you start the abstract submission process, please read and prepare all necessary information detailed below.
The Abstract Submission should includes the following parts:
- Full contact details of the presenting author.
- Topic - Choose the appropriate “Topic” for your presentation (maximum three) - to be selected from the List of Topics below.
- Abstract Title - Limited to 25 words. Please use CAPITAL LETTER.
- Abstract body (including references) - Limited to 300 word and should be submitted as a Word (Microsoft Office™) document, double-spaced in font David size 12.
- Institutions - List department, city (state, if relevant) and country of the presenting author and co-authors in Upper and Lower case. In the Department field include also the words “Department of…”, if applicable, as only information listed in the field will show. N o t e: If identical institution details are applicable for more than one author, then the institution should be listed only once.
- Authors - List full first name and last name of the presenting author and co-authors. Please list them in the order that they will appear in the abstract.
