Accommodation ICS 77th annual meetingFor your convenience, hotel accommodation at special rates has been reserved to the participants of the conference.

Kfar Maccabiah is located in the heart of Israel; adjust to the conference center, 15 minutes from Ben Gurion Airport.

Extends over spacious grounds of lush greenery, lawns and gardens, in the center of Tel Aviv metropolitan, it is area a unique combination of business, pleasure and sport.
Reservations can be made for both single and double room. In order to benefit from these rates, reservations should be made through Bioforum Applied Knowledge Center (conference secretary) and not directly with the hotel.

Participants wishing to secure reservation should fill in the reservation form and email back to: daniela@bioforum.co.il.

 
• Prices are subject to the addition of VAT if applicable (Israeli participants)
• Prices in dollars will be calculated on the day of check-out base on daily exchanged rate
• Official check – in at hotels is 14:00 and check-out is noon (12:00).

Cancellations Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing only. Applicants may cancel their accommodation/tours up to December 20th , 2011. Cancellations are subject to processing fee of 30% from any of the fees specified above.
No refunds will be issued to cancellations after December 20th , 2011.

Liability/Insurance: BioForum - Applied knowledge center Ltd, reserves the right to change the above hotels to those of a similar grade or better, and shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever (for any tourist services provided). Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
